NIKE 11ON Team Competition
June 7 @ 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
NIKE 11ON Team Competition @ Seahawks Headquarters – VMAC (12 Seahawks Way, Renton WA 98056) on Saturday June 7th roughly 8AM-4PM

Overview of competition:

- Team Skills Challenge events to include Fastest Man, Farmers Walk, Long Ball Toss & Tug O War. Linemen will also compete in a Bench Press competition
- All teams will play (4) 7v7 games with a 25-minute running clock.
- Team points are accumulated throughout the day across all competitions and team with most points is awarded the 11-On team champion trophy.
- Teams can bring a MAX of 30 players with at least 5 of those being linemen to participate in that part of the competition. In addition to competition, linemen will also have a film session and individual position training with Nike 11-On coaches.
- 10 Coaches/Staff MAX from each program
What teams get:

- All athletes receive (2) Nike 11-On shirts to compete in
- Player/Legend appearance to speak to the teams
- Seahawks swag giveaways
- Lunch provided
- Hydration stations provided
