Todd Milles and Lauren Smith of SBLive.com have released the 2024 Preseason Top-10 rankings for each classification in 2024.
Two time defending 4A state champion Lake Stevens has come in at #1 while 2021 4A champion Graham-Kapowsin is ranked #2. 2019 champion (there was no playoff during the 2020 season) Camas comes in at #6. GSHL rival Skyivew is ranked #9. In the 3A rankings, two of the Papermakers 2024 opponents, Lincoln of Tacoma (Week 3), Roosevelt of Seattle (Week 1) and Monroe (Week 6) come in ranked #5, #8 and #10 respectively.
